When you use the contact form, we receive the name, email address, phone number and message you type. Like most sites, we also receive basic technical information such as your browser type and the pages you visit.

How we use it

We use your message to reply to you and to set up a call. We don't sell your information, and we don't share it, except with a service that helps run this site or where the law requires it.

What not to send

Please keep the form short. Don't include account numbers, medical details or anything said in a negotiation. Messages sent before a mediation begins aren't confidential.

Keeping and deleting

We keep messages for as long as we need them to respond and to keep the records a law office keeps. To ask us to delete yours, write to hello@midpointchapelhill.com.
