Keep the company running while the owners sort it out
For co-owners who disagree about money, roles or an exit, and need a decision more than a verdict.
Disputes between owners tend to drag because each decision waits on the next one. In mediation we put the whole list on a page: pay, ownership, who signs, what a buyout would look like. Then we work through it with both of you in the room.
I don't audit the books or value the company. If you need an appraiser or an accountant, we schedule the session around their numbers, and their fees are separate.
Common topics
A buyout price and how it is paid over time
Roles, titles and who decides what
A family business where relatives are owners
Vendor and customer disputes that threaten a contract

For owners
How the fee works for owners
The same per-person fee as any mediation, quoted in writing after a free call with each owner.
A free call with each owner
About fifteen minutes each, with no obligation. I learn what is stuck from each of you before anyone sits down.
The session
Two hours with all owners and one mediator. Each owner pays the same fee for their seat, or one owner or the company covers it, if you agree before the first session.
Billed by others
Accountants, appraisers and other outside experts are hired by you and billed by them. So is each owner's own lawyer.
Court filing fees are paid separately.
Typical order
What the first two hours look like for owners
Everything on one page
Before the session each owner sends me a short list. At the table we merge them into one.
Numbers first
If a figure drives the argument, we settle where it comes from before we argue about what it means.
Decisions you can act on
Each point you settle is written down in plain words so your lawyer and accountant can use it.
Bring the list of what's stuck
A free call with each owner, then a fee you can read before you book.
The first call is free and carries no obligation. Sessions are billed at the fee quoted in writing.
